Big Idea for Guinness

Ad watchers may be familiar with Guinness advertising.. it's rarely humble.  In addition to the beautiful beer pour shot, there's always a clever idea.  In this case Guinness introduces a new tag line to its advertising - Bring It to Life.  This ad is BIG BUCKS and big thinking with some nice visual tricks.

Simple Story, Powerful Story - Keep it SIMPLE

Keep it simple... never more true than it is in visual storytelling.  In this piece suporting healthcare reform, no shot is wasted, no words are spoken or needed.  A simple lonely piano track makes it a sad story, yet it reinforces the power of the piece.  No shots are wasted.  Every shot is well composed.  This is good film.  Well done.

Web Video Drawing You In

Financial web site Mint.com created a video clip to dispel one of a browser's first fears they might have when investigating the site: what happens if my data gets hacked at this site.  The video hosted by Mint's founder Aaron Patzer does a LOT to increase a potential users concerns about Mint.com site security.  It's a great example of how creating and employing a simple video, front and center on a web site, can deliver material results on the web.
