The NFL Players Assocation launched this ad to motivate fans to sign the petition to get the teams to 'let them play.' This ad doesn't really move me. I would have gone for a more emotional edge, but you certainly feel locked out with nowhere to go.

It uses a well known, well established concept we all understand - Strip Poker - and turns it nicely on its ear. Sorry I couldn't find a better version on the web .
