Old Navy goes viral: is it a commercial, or a video? It's Super Cute

Here's a new 'hot' viral production done by Audio Threadz... it's called Super Cute.  It's a mini-music video targeting the teen set.  But is it a commercial or is it a video?  Sure looks to me like it's both.
